If you’re looking for in-person therapy in the Birmingham, Alabama area, we have two offices: one in Vestavia Hills, and another in Hoover. This gives you a local place to talk through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or anything else on your mind.

If your schedule is full or you’d rather meet from home, virtual therapy (telehealth) makes it simple to get the care you need without rearranging your entire day. You can attend individual therapy, couples counseling, or specialized therapy services whenever and wherever you feel most comfortable. The platform is secure, easy to use, and designed to feel just as personal as being in the room.

At our therapy practice, you’re not limited by location, either. While in-person sessions are available across the Birmingham area, our online therapy is offered across many states throughout the U.S., so you can stay consistent with therapy even if life changes, travel comes up, or you live outside Alabama.
