In-Person and Telehealth Services

Upward is pleased to offer services via telehealth to any resident aged 14+ of Alabama. Our telehealth platform is secure and very easy to use. Attending sessions over telehealth means that clients do not have to take off long periods of time from work or school to receive care, nor do they have to drive a long distance if they do not live in the Birmingham area.

For clients who prefer an in-person appointment, we offer services in our office space in Vestavia Hills. This office is located at:
